These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application “Drilly” (the “App”) provided by the developer (“we”). By using the App, you agree to all of these Terms.

Article 1 (Definitions)

  1. App: “Drilly” (free version and Drilly Pro)
  2. User: An individual who downloads, installs, or uses the App
  3. Content: All practice menus, text, images, videos, designs, and other materials bundled with the App

Article 2 (Conditions of Use)

  1. The App is provided to support individuals’ table tennis practice.
  2. Users may not use the App commercially or redistribute it.
  3. Users shall practice within safe limits, considering their physical condition.

Article 3 (Intellectual Property)

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the App and its Content belong to us or the rightful owners.

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)

When using the App, you must not:

  1. Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
  2. Reproduce, republish, or distribute the Content without permission
  3. Bypass the App’s security features
  4. Engage in acts that violate laws or public order
  5. Infringe on our rights or those of third parties

Article 5 (In-App Purchases)

  1. Drilly Pro is unlocked via a one-time in-app purchase.
  2. Payment is processed through Apple App Store / Google Play.
  3. You can restore your purchase on a new device using the “Restore Purchase” function.
  4. Refunds are governed by each platform’s policy.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

  1. We do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the App’s content.
  2. We are not responsible for any injury, damage, or device failure arising from use of the App.
  3. Since the App operates offline, data backup is the user’s responsibility.

Article 7 (Service Changes / Termination)

We may change the App’s content or discontinue service without prior notice.

Article 8 (Changes to These Terms)

We may amend these Terms without prior notice. Amended Terms will be communicated in the App’s release notes.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by Japanese law, and any dispute related to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location.
